Why one plan, not three.

We thought about a "free + basic + pro" ladder and decided against it. At ₹599 a year — under ₹50 a month — there is no honest place to split the product. Either pibtracker is useful to you for ₹50 a month, or it isn't. Putting the weekly digest behind a "Pro" tier and the trap-watch behind a "Premium" tier would just be a way to extract more money from subscribers who already think the base product is worth paying for.

The downside of one plan: subscribers who want only the daily feed pay for the monthly PDF they will not read. We think that is the right trade — the price is low enough that even subscribers using only one feature get their money's worth. The upside of one plan: nobody has to compare tiers, nobody feels they bought the wrong one, nobody is "left out" by their tier choice.

There is also a long-tail reason. The work we do (a daily filter calibrated since 2018) does not really get much cheaper or more expensive depending on how many features you turn on. We do the editorial work once; we give it to everyone.

How this compares.
