Shri Modi conveyed his best wishes on his appointment as the Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog. The Prime Minister noted that Shri Lahiri’s rich experience in the fields of economics and public policy will significantly strengthen India’s reform journey and contribute to the nation’s vision of becoming a Viksit Bharat. The Prime Minister posted on X: “Met Shri Ashok Kumar Lahiri Ji and conveyed my best wishes on his being appointed as the Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog. His rich experience in economics and public policy will greatly strengthen India’s reform journey and the journey towards becoming a Viksit Bharat.
