Plain-English refund policy · no calls · no forms

Refund policy.

Effective from launch · last updated 28 May 2026

The short version

If within 30 days of paying ₹599 you decide pibtracker is not for you, email defactoias.com@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we refund the full amount. No forms. No retention calls. No "are you sure?" workflow. Usually credited back the same day, sometimes the next.

When you can claim a refund

Any time within 30 calendar days from the date of your ₹599 payment. The 30-day window starts on the day Razorpay confirms your payment (visible on your invoice). It does not start on the day your 7-day free trial began. The trial is free; the 30-day refund window starts after you convert.

How the refund works

1 Send one email.

To defactoias.com@gmail.com from the email you used to subscribe. Subject line: "Refund". You do not need to say why, but if you want to tell us what was wrong, we read it.

2 We reply within 24 hours.

A real person, usually Aditya Tiwari Sir, will reply confirming the refund has been initiated. If you wrote in late on a weekend, allow until Monday.

3 Razorpay credits the refund.

For UPI payments, usually within 24 hours. For cards and net banking, 3–7 business days as standard. The credit appears on the same payment method you used.

4 Your access ends immediately.

Once we initiate the refund, your account is moved to free-tier read-only for the public pages (backtest, sample week, methodology) and the paid feeds stop. We do not block your access during the window between you asking and the refund crediting.

After 30 days

After 30 days from your payment, the ₹599 subscription is not refundable. But you can cancel renewal at any time from My account, which prevents being billed for the next year. Cancelling renewal does not affect your access to the current year — you keep everything you paid for until the end of the 12-month period.

Edge cases

What this policy does not cover

This policy applies only to direct pibtracker.com subscriptions billed through Razorpay. It does not cover:

Why this policy is short

A refund policy that requires a 30-step process discourages refunds — which means the company is keeping money from people who decided the product was not for them. We don't want that. If you tried pibtracker and decided in 30 days that it is not worth ₹599 for you, the ₹599 should be back in your account quickly.

The only filter we apply is the 30-day window itself, and the only enforcement we do is making sure the email came from the address you signed up with (to prevent fraudulent refund requests). Beyond that, the policy is designed to get out of your way.
