The High-Powered Task Force on public examinations, including those of the National Testing Agency, invites submissions from students, parents and institutions until 13 September 2026.
What happened
- The Government has constituted a High-Powered Task Force chaired by Nandan Nilekani on public examination reform.
- Its remit covers the conduct, security, design and governance of public examinations, including those of the National Testing Agency.
- Suggestions are invited from students, parents, teachers, examination-conducting and test-indenting bodies, experts, industry and civil society.
- Listed areas include secure Computer-Based Testing, malpractice redressal, inclusion and student well-being.
- Submissions close on 13 September 2026 and may be made in English, Hindi and regional languages.
