India certifies its first 15-metre multi-axle sleeper bus
ICAT's compliance certificate under AIS-119 and AIS-153 clears a 42-berth configuration, one of the longest bus bodies the Central Motor Vehicles Rules permit.

- ICAT issued its first compliance certificate for a 15-metre multi-axle sleeper bus.
- The certification is under AIS-119 and AIS-153, per applicable CMVR provisions.
- The certificate was awarded to Synaty Automotive Pvt. Ltd.
- The bus carries 42 berths as a full sleeper and 21 berths plus 42 seats as a hybrid.
