As the monsoon set in, Chhattisgarh's Rajnandgaon district positioned itself as a #CatchTheRain frontrunner — using its 'Mission Jal Raksha' to build recharge infrastructure and mobilise communities so that rainwater feeds aquifers rather than running off.
