The 3rd Bharat CPSEs' Consultative Conclave, hosted at Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya in Vadodara, brought the Capacity Building Commission and the Department of Public Enterprises together with energy and mining PSUs to sharpen project execution and asset management for Viksit Bharat 2047.

What happened

For Prelims

For UPSC: An economy-and-governance item on state capacity. Use it for public-sector reform and CPSE efficiency, project management and the cost/time-overrun problem, PM GatiShakti, and capacity building under Mission Karmayogi.
What it is NOT: This is a capacity-building conclave and a forthcoming best-practices compendium — not a new scheme, outlay or disinvestment/merger decision for CPSEs.
