Addressing the first Land Border Districts' Superintendents of Police Conference, Home Minister Amit Shah said India's 'Smart Border' system will become the world's most modern, backed by a 400% rise in border-infrastructure spend, the Vibrant Villages Programme and a drive to make the country infiltration-free.
