India's largest iron-ore producer NMDC reviewed digitalisation, capacity expansion and beneficiation of low-grade ore at its Donimalai complex in Karnataka, as it works towards a 100-million-tonnes-a-year vision.
What happened
- NMDC's senior management reviewed strategic initiatives at its Donimalai Complex in Karnataka — operational efficiency, responsible mining and community welfare — as it works towards a 100-MTPA vision.
- The review covered capacity expansion targeting 10 MTPA from the Kumaraswamy Mine and 17 MTPA from the Donimalai Complex.
